    • Is your website working? Why am I unable to view/purchase the nails?
     All releases are TBA (to be announced). Each release has 5 exclusive nail designs & are available for a limited amount of time. Orders close once we reach our max & the nails within the release do not make a return. Our super popular sets make future scheduled returns. Custom design requests are currently the focus. Be sure to stay up to date with us via IG: @pressedbytiny so you don’t miss out on exclusive HEAT🔥

     

     

    • How do I apply my press-ons?
      Everything you need will be provided in your nail box. All sets include 10 nails + Nail file + Nail Buffer + Wooden Stick + Alcohol Pads + instructions on application/removal. Nail Glue & Nail Tabs are sold separately. You can also purchase a new Nail Prep Kit kit & other supplies if you run out by viewing the “Accessories” tab.

     

    • How long do they last once applied?
           Nail Tabs: when using nail tabs, your press-ons    can last 1-2 days. Perfect for a lit weekend.
        Nail Glue: when using nail glue, your press-ons can last up to 2-3 weeks.

      **When applied correctly, your press-ons can last their entire duration. The length of time varies by each individual based on your lifestyle & the adhesive method you choose. Care for your nails**
       

      • Are these nails strong?

        Yes! These nails are created with many gel polish layers + builder gel for sturdiness & flexibility.

       

      • How do I know what size to order?
              You can order a Sizing Kit via the “Accessories” tab. You can also view our size chart by selecting the “Size Chart” tab & following instructions. The most precise measurements will come from ordering a Sizing Kit.
      **Please be sure to size your nails accurately as Pressed by Tiny will not be held responsible if you order an incorrect size. 

      • Are my press-ons reusable?

        With the use of nail tabs they are. If you use nail glue, I recommend investing in an inexpensive nail e-file to remove any glue that builds up behind the nails so you can get multiple uses from them. Be sure to care for your nails & store them in the box provided after each use.

       

      • Can I alter the appearance of my nails myself?

         It is NOT recommended you do this. Hand made nails are non customizable & changing their appearance yourself is at your own risk.

       

      • What if I receive my nails & they do not fit me?
      Pressed by Tiny will NOT be held responsible if you order an incorrect size. Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final.
      We have a size chart on site & our Sizing Kit is also available for purchase if you would like to get a precise measurement (highly recommended) via the “Accessories” tab.
       

      • Do you offer Custom Sets?

        Yes! If you have a concept in mind, fill out the Contact form (or) you can DM me directly on IG so we can discuss ideas. A quote will be provided once the design is finalized & an invoice will be sent to your email provided. If presented, work from other nail artists will not be recreated but will instead be altered & used as inspo to fit the style of Pressed by Tiny.*

      **Please be advised that not all ideas you present will fit my design style. I may decline if it is a style that doesn't align with what I like to create**
       
      RETURN POLICY

      • Final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the product. No changes will be made to your order details after 24hrs. If for some reason your products arrive in a deffective or damaged state. Please email Pressedbytiny@gmail.com & include your name/order number/photo of the damaged product as soon as you receive.

      ** Please read all info listed in the item descriptions before ordering. Be sure to size your nails correctly using the sizing chart or purchasing a Sizing Kit as we are NOT responsible if you order the wrong size**

      • Domestic Shipping/International Shipping: All sets are made to order unless stated otherwise. Current turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks depending on order volume. Shipping time is determined by the shipping method you select at checkout. In the event I am delayed with completing your order in a timely fashion, you will be notified. These beauties take time, so patience is appreciated.

       

      • Rush Shipping: available as an add on via the "Accessories" tab. Limited qty

       

      • Returned - Insufficient Address or Unclaimed Package: Please contact us to be sure we have received the item. A new shipping fee is required to have your item re-shipped back out to you.
